Rudraksha beads are regarded as the timeless jewels of the gods, the most powerful aid in Self-realisation. It is believed that Rudraksha beads grow on trees emanating from Lord Shiva's tears and have been used for centuries in Hinduism and Buddhism for Self-empowerment and to live a fearless life. Some folk believe the world would be in harmony and peace if everyone wore Rudraksha. The Mala always contains the mystical 108 beads, the number signifies the unit and wholeness of life.

The Confidence Mala represents each of the five classical elements: Earth (Prithvi/Bhumi), Water (Jala/Varuna), Fire (Agni/Tejas), Air (Vayu/Pavan), and Ether of Space (Akasha). Elements that are associated with energy, both cosmic and internal. The harmonisation of these energies is believed to contribute to physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
