1. Trade Customers Only
AW Dropship supplies goods exclusively to trade customers.
Accounts opened for personal purchasing may be cancelled.
AW Dropship reserves the right to request information verifying business activity before activating an account.
2. Contract Formation
Orders placed with AW Dropship constitute an offer to purchase goods.
A contract is formed only when AW Dropship confirms dispatch.
Automated order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.
3. Retailer of Record
Customers selling AW Dropship products remain the retailer of record.
Where goods are shipped directly to an end consumer:
the contract of sale exists between the customer and their buyer
AW Dropship is not a party to that contract.
Customers are responsible for:
compliance with consumer protection laws
product listings
marketplace policies
customer service
refunds issued to their own customers
chargebacks and disputes.
4. Product Descriptions
AW Dropship makes every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
Variations may occur due to:
natural materials
handmade production
recycled materials.
Product images are illustrative.
5. Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are additional.
AW Dropship reserves the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AW Dropship accepts payment methods available at checkout, which may include:
Visa
Mastercard
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Klarna for non-registered business customers in the following countries. Austria (AT), Australia (AU), Belgium (BE), Switzerland (CH), Czech Republic (CZ), Germany (DE), Denmark (DK), Spain (ES), France (FR), Finland (FI), United Kingdom (GB), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Netherlands (NL), Norway (NO), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Sweden (SE) and United States (US). (subject to eligibility and availability)
Account balance / top-up payments
Payments are processed securely via Checkout.com or other secure payment providers used by AW Dropship.
Available payment methods may vary depending on customer location, account status, or order value.
All payments must be made in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed and may be cancelled.
AW Dropship reserves the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received.
Account Top-Up / Credit Balance
Customers may add funds to their AW Dropship account using available payment methods, which may include:
Visa and Mastercard
Google Pay
Apple Pay
PayPal
Account balances may be used to pay for future orders.
Account credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
AW Dropship reserves the right to review and restrict account balance functionality where misuse is suspected.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address supplied on the order.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the recipient once delivery has been completed.
AW Dropship is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.
8. Returns & Claims
All returns and claims are governed by the AW Dropship Returns & Claims Policy.
Customers must report issues within 3 business days of delivery, or within 1 business day of becoming aware of the issue, whichever occurs first, and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
9. Limitation of Liability
AW Dropship shall not be liable for:
loss of profit
loss of business
marketplace penalties
account suspension
chargebacks
consequential losses.
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
10. Data Protection
AW Dropship processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Order Acceptance & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
AW Dropship reserves the right to cancel or amend any order where products become unavailable prior to dispatch.
Where an item is unavailable, AW Dropship may:
issue a refund
issue account credit
remove the unavailable item from the order
AW Dropship will not substitute products without customer consent.
13. Stock Availability
AW Dropship makes every effort to ensure that stock availability information is accurate.
However, stock levels may change without notice until an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
AW Dropship cannot guarantee the availability of any product until dispatch.
14. Failed Delivery and Refused Orders
If a delivery fails due to:
incorrect address
customer unavailable
refusal of delivery
failure to collect
AW Dropship reserves the right to:
deduct return shipping costs
deduct original delivery costs
charge redelivery fees
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued after deduction of applicable charges.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
AW Dropship reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to:
misuse of the dropshipping service
fraudulent claims
breach of Terms and Conditions
non-trade customers using the platform
abusive behaviour toward staff
AW Dropship may cancel outstanding orders where accounts are suspended.
16. Changes to Terms
AW Dropship reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.
Continued use of AW Dropship services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
