1. Trade Customers Only
AW Dropship supplies goods exclusively to trade customers.
Accounts opened for personal purchasing may be cancelled.
AW Dropship reserves the right to request information verifying business activity before activating an account.
2. Contract Formation
Orders placed with AW Dropship constitute an offer to purchase goods.
A contract is formed only when AW Dropship confirms dispatch.
Automated order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.
3. Retailer of Record
Customers selling AW Dropship products remain the retailer of record.
Where goods are shipped directly to an end consumer:
the contract of sale exists between the customer and their buyer
AW Dropship is not a party to that contract.
Customers are responsible for:
compliance with consumer protection laws
product listings
marketplace policies
customer service
refunds issued to their own customers
chargebacks and disputes.
4. Product Descriptions
AW Dropship makes every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
Variations may occur due to:
natural materials
handmade production
recycled materials.
Product images are illustrative.
5. Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are additional.
AW Dropship reserves the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if payment fails.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address supplied on the order.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the recipient once delivery has been completed.
AW Dropship is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.
8. Returns & Claims
All returns and claims are governed by the AW Dropship Returns & Claims Policy.
Customers must report issues within 3 business days of delivery, or within 1 business day of becoming aware of the issue, whichever occurs first, and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
9. Limitation of Liability
AW Dropship shall not be liable for:
loss of profit
loss of business
marketplace penalties
account suspension
chargebacks
consequential losses.
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
10. Data Protection
AW Dropship processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
