1. Dropshipping Service

AW Dropship dispatches products directly from its warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer.

AW Dropship does not communicate directly with end consumers.

All communication must be handled by the retailer.

4. Product Listings

Customers must ensure their product listings:

accurately describe the products
comply with the rules and requirements of the marketplaces or platforms on which they sell
reflect the latest product information and stock availability provided by AW Dropship

5. Delivery Information

Customers must provide accurate delivery details including:

AW Dropship cannot be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

6. Stock Availability

AW Dropship makes every effort to ensure that stock information displayed on the website, data feeds and API integrations is accurate.

However, stock levels may change without notice until an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

AW Dropship cannot guarantee the availability of any product until the order has been accepted and processed.

AW Dropship will not be responsible for losses resulting from customers selling products that become unavailable.

7. Duplicate Orders

Customers must not place duplicate replacement orders unless instructed by AW Dropship.

8. Third-Party Logistics

Where goods are delivered to freight forwarders or consolidation warehouses, AW Dropship responsibility ends once delivery has been completed.

9. Service Misuse

AW Dropship provides its dropshipping service exclusively to trade customers.

AW Dropship reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, including but not limited to:

accounts opened by individuals purchasing for personal use rather than for business purposes
customers using the platform to purchase goods for personal consumption
repeated submission of fraudulent or abusive claims
misuse of product images or intellectual property
misrepresentation of products supplied by AW Dropship
activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the dropshipping service.

Where misuse is identified, AW Dropship may suspend or permanently close the account and cancel any outstanding orders.
