IT Support Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of IT Support

AW Dropship may provide technical assistance, including, but not limited to:

  • Store integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, etc.)

  • Product catalogue import/export

  • App configuration

  • API integrations

  • Troubleshooting

  • Technical guidance and setup

All IT support is provided on a best-effort basis only.

AW Dropship does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service

  • error-free implementation

  • compatibility with all systems

  • prevention of data loss

  • successful integration


2. Customer Authorisation and Access

By requesting IT support, the Customer may grant AW Dropship access to their systems, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify stores

  • WooCommerce websites

  • Marketplaces

  • Third-party applications

Customers grant such access voluntarily and at their own discretion.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Creating appropriate user permissions

  • Limiting access where appropriate

  • Removing access once support is completed

AW Dropship recommends customers create temporary staff accounts rather than sharing login credentials.


3. Customer Responsibility for Backups

Before IT support is provided, Customers are responsible for:

  • Creating full backups of their store

  • Exporting product catalogues

  • Securing recoverable copies of their data

By requesting IT support, the Customer confirms that:

  • backups have been completed, or

  • they accept the risk of proceeding without backups

AW Dropship shall not be responsible for data recovery.


4. Risk of Technical Changes

Customers acknowledge that IT support may involve:

  • modifying product catalogues

  • changing integrations

  • adjusting settings

  • syncing products

  • importing or exporting data

These actions may result in:

  • data changes

  • listing updates

  • product removal

  • inventory changes

  • catalogue restructuring

Such changes may occur unintentionally during technical work.


5. Data Loss Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AW Dropship shall not be liable for:

  • data loss

  • product catalogue deletion

  • listing removal

  • configuration changes

  • integration issues

  • inventory changes

  • sync failures

including accidental changes made during IT support.

This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.


6. Third-Party Platforms

AW Dropship provides support involving third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Shopify

  • WooCommerce

  • eBay

  • Other marketplaces

AW Dropship is not responsible for:

  • platform outages

  • API failures

  • platform policy changes

  • system errors

  • integration limitations


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AW Dropship shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits

  • loss of sales

  • business interruption

  • reputational damage

  • marketplace penalties

  • indirect or consequential losses

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, AW Dropship's total liability shall be limited to:

£500 or the amount paid for IT support services (whichever is lower).


8. No Guarantee of Results

AW Dropship does not guarantee:

  • successful integrations

  • marketplace approvals

  • product sync accuracy

  • sales performance

  • compatibility with third-party systems

All IT support is provided as technical assistance only.


9. Complimentary Support

Where IT support is provided:

  • free of charge

  • as goodwill

  • as customer assistance

Such support is provided without liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


10. Customer Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for:

  • their store

  • listings

  • product data

  • marketplace compliance

  • customer orders

  • store configuration

AW Dropship does not assume control or ownership of customer systems.


11. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AW Dropship from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • access granted by the Customer

  • technical changes made during support

  • third-party platform issues

  • data loss

  • customer store configuration


12. Service Availability

IT support:

  • is provided subject to availability

  • may be withdrawn at any time

  • may be refused at AW Dropship's discretion


13. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting IT support or granting access to systems, the Customer confirms acceptance of these IT Support Terms & Conditions.


14. Changes to These Terms

AW Dropship reserves the right to update these IT Support Terms at any time.


15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
